We would like to inform you that we are currently in the process of restructuring our organization to improve our services. At this time we are working to properly plan and schedule our production to be able to meet all our demands. These efforts also affect our shipping and receiving policies. We have reviewed our operating hours and adjusted them to ensure that we offer the fastest and most intuitive experience possible for any visitors to our facilities. Revised hours are listed below.

All visitors to OCFAB must report to the front office. With regards to pick up and delivery, necessary paperwork organized by shipment will be premade and ready. After collecting the paperwork- unless otherwise specified- the vehicle should proceed around the plant and pull up to Door #2 South, which is clearly identified. In the event that someone may need assistance and there is no one in the office, contact information will be available.
As much as possible, we want to adhere to the operating hours listed above with shipping and receiving. However, we are also dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience and recognize that there may be special circumstances where we need to make additional accommodations. In these situations, we require clear communication with our team ahead of time so that we can plan accordingly.
