We employ an up-to-date, and fully trained in-house SolidWorks design team to make your ideas a reality. This eliminates costly prototyping through simulations and allows us to provide our customers with designed models and visuals, thus reflecting fast and accurate quotes.
Laser
Cutting
With two new Trumpf Fiber Laser Cutting Systems, we can deliver high precision parts in a very timely manner. Our cutting size capacity is 157" X 78", and our machines can cut most material types including brass and copper. Thickness capacity includes 1.25" mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
CNC
Forming
We can form your complex parts with absolute precision to their respective profile. New technology in material thickness compensation allows us to form consistently uniform parts while running production. We have a 12' forming capacity up to 250 tons.
Saw
Cutting
We can cut any materials in tube, pipe, angles and channels. Our cut capacities are 18" bundle sizes and 20" round. High tolerances can be achieved by using our automated material shuttle system.
Plate
Rolling
By utilizing a 4 - roll machine, we can achieve numerous geometric shapes in a single pass. We can pre-bend your parts to eliminate flat edges and produce more accurate results.
CNC
Milling
Our Haas VF-7 mill offers exceptional versatility and precision, ideal for large-scale machining projects. Equipped with a spacious work envelope and high-performance spindle, it handles complex jobs with ease. The VF-7's advanced capabilities ensure top-quality milling, making it a reliable choice for demanding industrial applications.
Welding
We can process single part runs and large production runs, with great capabilities ranging from Mild Steel, Aluminum and Stainless-Steel materials. We offer a combination of robotic and manual welding. Our largest robotic work envelope is 138” long by a 60” in diameter.
Powder
Coating
Our powder coating line can accommodate parts up to 288” L x 120” W x 120” H. We offer a 5-stage parts washing process and an in-house blast booth to clean and prep parts for optimal results. We can paint any colors, primers or clear coats with our batch style system. Your parts will be carefully packaged with foam and cardboard materials to prevent any shipping damage.
CNC
Lathe
Our CNC lathe devision is powered by two advanced Haas machines, equipped with barfeeding and Automatic Parts Loader (APL) capabilities. This setup ensures seamless, high-efficiency production with minimal downtime, allowing us to deliver precision-machined parts quickly and reliably for a wide range of industrial applications.
